Discovering a region by bike is more eco-responsible and fashionable than ever. And today with electric assistance, traveling by bicycle is offered to as many people as possible, whatever the profile of the terrain. No need to be a seasoned and trained cyclist, you can enjoy the places crossed in pleasure mode, listening and in contact with nature. From Mont Gerbier-de-Jonc to the lavenders of Drôme Provençale, via the Dolce Via, the ViaRhôna and the Via Ardèche, on the mythical roads of the Ardéchoise to the foot of Ventoux, the authors invite you to discover these exceptional territories where cycling is king.
They have concocted tailor-made routes: eight itineraries, in a loop, from 3 to 5 days, and many variations. Routes on greenways and other new and original ones on small roads with the most moderate traffic possible with, sometimes, portions on stabilized surface or on dirt roads, accessible to VTC and VAE. The short stages, around 40 to 50 km, or 3 to 4 hours of cycling in outing mode, will leave time for visits and activities on the way or at the stage.
