Calazo

The Laplandsleden is the biggest thing to happen in the Swedish mountains in a very long time - a brand new continuous trail between Hemavan in the north and Borgafjäll in the south. The Lapland Trail connects Kungsleden in the north with the mountain world of Jämtland in the south. For the new trail, thirteen bridges were built, eight kilometers of span laid and one hundred and fifty signs erected.
In this atlas you will find all the information you need to plan and carry out a mountain hike on the Lapland trail. Most of the atlas is made up of detailed 1:50,000 scale mountain maps of the 190 kilometer route. You will also receive a suggested division of stages and descriptions of each section, as well as information on cabins, suitable tent locations and how to get to the various starting points along the trail.
