Do you live in Ile-de-France and want to enjoy the region by cycling? This guide is made for you. Marcolino da Costa surveyed the region's cycle paths and roads to create 20 cycle loops, each lasting between 12 and 30 km. All walks leave from an RER, Transilien, or TER station from Paris for easy access. In addition, each circuit is embellished with 2 heritage texts shedding light on the interests present along the water.
The territory concerned goes from Viarmes (with Royaumont Abbey) in the north, and from Rambouillet in the west to Fontainebleau in the east and south, covering the departments of 78, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, without forgetting the 75. Enough to discover architectural wonders from different eras (castles of Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte... but also contemporary architecture in Cergy) and natural (forests of Sénart, Rambouillet...), as well as as many other surprises that Ile-de-France hides well.
