This computer generated image of the Milky Way shows the entire galaxy from a prospect of a 3D model compiled specifically for the National Geographic. The model incorporates the positions of hundreds of thousands of stars and nebulae in the galaxy, shows the location of the land and includes additional photographs, descriptions and locations of fascinating phenomena throughout the lacété.
Map is packaged in a rigid transparent laminated tube.
Available in paper or laminatedized version.
