No need to be a seasoned and trained cyclist, you can enjoy the places crossed in pleasure mode, listening and in contact with nature. In love with his region, Philippe Calas invites you to discover this territory of character, vast and varied, in the middle of exceptional landscapes from the beaches of the Mediterranean to the slopes of the Pyrenees via the Canal du Midi, the vineyards of the plain of Languedoc, the Cathar Country, the coastal ponds, the scrubland and the causses of the Hérault hinterland and the forests of the Montagne Noire. He has concocted tailor-made routes with nine itineraries from 2 to 6 days, and many variants, one-way or loop, which can be taken for the day or combined to prolong the pleasure. In total, it's no less than 1800 km with journeys that range from a hundred kilometers over a weekend, to just over 300 km over a short week.

Courses mainly on small roads with the most moderate traffic possible with, sometimes, portions on stabilized surface or on dirt roads. And this for a large part of the year, the climate being rather mild and often sunny.
