The Cambrian Way is one of the most spectacular and challenging long-distance mountain walking routes in the UK. 479 km (298 miles) long and with nearly 24,000 metres of elevation gain, it runs from Cardiff Castle (south) to Conwy (north), passing through two major national parks: Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and Eryri (Snowdonia).
